We have officially reached the time of year when people realize that Thanksgiving is coming up quickly, so we need to start focusing on what we are most thankful for. We know Christmas is coming pretty soon, too, and we don't want to appear selfish as we move into shopping mode and Black Friday sales without first showing gratitude for all that we currently have.
Does that sound about right? Too skeptical… or too honest?
Whether you are joining the masses in your realization that more gratitude in your life would probably be beneficial or you already have a practice of gratitude in place, I want to take this opportune moment to share some of the journaling resources I’ve found that can help those who want to build this habit.
I do love being able to look back later and see what I was thankful for in that moment, so journals are obviously my favorite way of practicing gratitude. It doesn’t have to be a long, drawn out process (did you see the one-minute journal??), and it’s a great way to start or wrap up each day.
If you have other resources that have helped you build a habit of daily gratitude, please share them in the comments! I know there are so many books, podcasts, and videos out there that I just haven’t come across yet.
Some of the links I share are affiliate links, and I will earn a commission if you go through them to make a purchase. Keep in mind that I link these companies and their products because I think they are amazing and not because of the commission I receive from your purchases!
